I just can’t believe that something so simple can make such a difference in my own feelings towards myself.

I have spent years and years going from one counsellor to another to overcome the many crisis’ in my life and even becoming a counsellor myself. Only this morning I got up and looked in the mirror and thought I look different and really liked the person I saw.

She had her Mace session, I did not see her again, but a few months later her younger sister came for a session, when I asked why she had come, she said “My sister has a job and a nice boyfriend now, I want the same.” (The younger sister was also on benefits when she came) The next time I saw the younger one at a local shopping centre she gave me a big smile and two thumbs up when I asked how she was doing.
