Thank you so much for the phone session last night. I just can’t believe that something so simple can make such a difference in my own feelings towards myself.

I have spent years and years going from one counsellor to another to overcome the many crisis’ in my life and even becoming a counsellor myself. Only this morning I got up and looked in the mirror and thought I look different and really liked the person I saw.

Many MEM sessions are done over the phone or skype, eliminating the problem of distance in receiving help.

The method is equally effective by phone and very convenient for business people, who often make early evening appointments.  This saves using up valuable work time and provides a very relaxed situation and achieves optimum results.

Thanks for the great phone session, I came face to face with my ex this week. Usually I am very upset and it lasts for a few days, this time I could hardly believe it. The meeting had absolutely no effect on me, I feel so much stronger now.
